How do you screen tenants?

Every applicant goes through a comprehensive screening: credit check, criminal background, employment and income verification, prior landlord references, and eviction history. We only place tenants who meet our standards — your property is too important.

How often do I get paid as an owner?

Owner disbursements go out monthly after rent is collected and any maintenance reserves are accounted for. You'll also receive a detailed monthly statement and can access your owner portal anytime to see real-time financials.

What happens if a tenant doesn't pay rent?

Our protocol kicks in immediately — written notices, late fees, and if necessary, eviction proceedings handled per Florida statute. We work to resolve issues quickly and lawfully so your investment stays protected.
